Straight answers about how we work, what it costs, and what you own. If your question is not here, ask it on a call.
Monthly retainer plus 10% of ad spend. You own every account.
THE QUESTIONS WE GET MOST
How do your monthly retainers work and what do they cost?
A retainer is an ongoing engagement, not a project. One senior operator works inside your accounts every week, building campaigns, trafficking creative, pacing budget, and keeping conversion tracking honest. Most engagements start at a $3,000 monthly retainer plus 10% of ad spend, depending on how many channels you run. Larger budgets are priced case by case, so the percentage comes down as spend goes up. Month to month after the first 90 days, and you keep every account.
Do you take a percentage of ad spend?
Yes. Retainers start at $3,000 a month plus 10% of ad spend, scoped to the channels you run. Larger budgets are priced case by case, so the percentage comes down as spend goes up.
Who owns the ad accounts?
You do. We build everything inside accounts registered to your business, including Google Ads, Bing, Meta, LinkedIn, Google Analytics, and Tag Manager. If we part ways, nothing leaves with us.
Which channels do you manage?
Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising for search, Shopping, and Performance Max, plus Meta and LinkedIn for paid social. We also handle the conversion tracking that ties all of it back to revenue.
What is the minimum ad budget you work with?
There is no hard floor, but paid search usually needs at least $5,000 a month in media to gather enough data to optimize against. Below that, an audit and a tightened account often serve you better than ongoing management.
Do I have to sign a long contract?
We ask for 90 days to start, because that is how long it takes to rebuild, gather data, and show a trend. After that it is month to month with 30 days notice.
Who actually works on my account?
The person you meet on the call. Senior work only, no junior handoff and no offshore pod running a checklist.
How is this different from hiring in house?
A senior paid media manager costs $120,000 or more a year plus benefits and takes months to hire. A retainer gives you that seniority immediately, at a fraction of the cost, without a headcount request.
What does reporting look like?
A weekly written readout in plain language, covering what shipped, what it produced, and what happens next. Plus a live dashboard you can open any time. No 40 page PDF nobody reads.
How soon will I see results?
Tracking fixes and obvious waste usually show up in the first two weeks. Meaningful change in cost per qualified lead typically takes 60 to 90 days, because new campaigns need data before they can be optimized.
Can we start with an audit instead?
Yes. The $399 Google Ads Audit and the $599 Conversion Tracking Audit are real, standalone products and a fine place to start if you want a diagnosis before a commitment. Most clients move to a retainer afterward, but nothing obligates you to.
Do you build landing pages and websites too?
Yes. We build conversion-focused pages that load fast and are built to be measured, so the traffic you pay for lands somewhere that can actually convert it.
Where are you located?
We are a remote team working United States hours. Calls happen on video and we work with clients across every time zone in the country.
Still Have a Question?
Ask it on a 30 minute call. We will answer plainly, even if the answer is that we are not a fit.
